Emily works with adults who want to understand what's happening beneath the surface of their relationships. Many of her clients notice the same patterns again and again: anxiety about where they stand with a partner, trouble setting boundaries, people-pleasing, or shutting down when things get hard. Using an attachment-based approach, Emily helps clients connect these patterns to earlier experiences and turn that insight into small, realistic changes.

As a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor, Emily works with substance use from both sides. She supports clients who are questioning their own relationship with alcohol or other substances or are in recovery and ready to address what's underneath. She also supports people who love someone struggling with addiction. When past experiences are still shaping the present, Emily uses attachment-focused EMDR to help clients process trauma at a pace that feels safe.
