Emily M. Allen, LCSW, CAADC, CCTP
Emily works with young adults and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, and patterns shaped by earlier experiences. Her approach is trauma-informed and attachment-based, and she specializes in EMDR therapy to help process distressing experiences so they feel less intense over time. Therapy with Emily is collaborative, supportive, and paced to your needs.

Lauren works with teens, young adults, adults and couples to provide trauma-informed, client-centered therapy. She creates a safe, comfortable, and non-judgmental space where clients can navigate anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, and relational challenges with support and understanding.
