About
Compassionate, trauma-informed relational therapy for adults seeking deeper healing
Emily M. Allen, LCSW, CAADC, CCTP
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who supports adults and young adults navigating the lasting impact of trauma, anxiety, and relationship struggles. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed by old patterns of people-pleasing, perfectionism, or disconnection, and ready to find a new way forward.

My work is grounded in trauma-informed, attachment-based care and often integrates EMDR therapy, ERP therapy, and relational therapy. I help clients uncover how past experiences shape the present while building tools to create healthier, more fulfilling relationships with themselves and others.

In sessions, I bring a warm, compassionate, and down-to-earth presence. My goal is to offer a space where you feel safe to explore what’s not working, gently challenge the patterns that keep you stuck, and discover more freedom, resilience, and connection in your life.
