Emily is passionate in supporting those who feel weighed down by past relationships, childhood experiences, or major life transitions. Emily specializes in trauma informed care and supports clients in moving beyond survival mode by addressing the root causes of anxiety, trauma, and difficult relationship patterns. She integrates EMDR, attachment-based, and relational therapies to guide individuals and couples toward healing and lasting change.
Emily frequently draws on attachment theory and relational frameworks to explore how early relationships influence present-day emotions, behaviors, and relationship patterns. Her therapeutic style is compassionate yet direct, offering a grounded and supportive space to help you uncover core patterns, heal attachment wounds, and cultivate more secure and fulfilling relationships with others and with yourself.

Ava Storz
she/her
Session rate: $100/hour
Ava is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work (MSW) at the University of Pennsylvania. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Human Development Behavioral Science from the University of Delaware. Ava values meeting clients where they are, building a strong therapeutic connection, and bringing creativity and humor into her sessions. She draws from holistic, person-centered, and relationship-based approaches and is particularly interested in integrating techniques from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness practices, and attachment-based theories.​​
Her experience includes providing school-based counseling to adolescents and working in non-profit and outpatient settings with college students, athletes, adults, and the geriatric population. Ava is passionate about empowering clients to build confidence, establish goals, and thrive during periods of change.

Isabel Burton
she/her
Session rate: $100/hour
Isabel is currently pursuing a Master of Social Work (MSW) at the University of Pennsylvania and received her BA in Psychology from the University of Southern California (Fight On!). Isabel’s main goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported in their healing journey. She is committed to empowering her clients to become more resilient, helping them recognize and acquire the tools they need to face life’s hurdles on their own. Isabel is especially interested in integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques and mindfulness practices into her work, empowering clients to develop coping strategies that promote long-term emotional wellness.
Her professional experience includes providing trauma informed counseling to adolescents in a school setting and serving as a HelpLine Specialist at the National Alliance on Mental Illness, where she supported individuals and families facing mental health challenges. In her freetime, Isabel enjoys testing new recipes in the kitchen and feeding her friends, as well as spending time with her cat, Slippers.
