Lauren has a special interest in ADHD and neurodiversity. She helps clients understand how their brains work, let go of the shame that often comes from years of being misunderstood, and build strategies that fit the way they actually think, focus, and feel, rather than forcing approaches that were never designed for them.

Her style is warm, direct, and collaborative. She believes you can feel supported and understood while also being challenged to look honestly at the patterns, behaviors, and beliefs that may be keeping you stuck. Lauren also supports clients working through relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, and she creates a space where people can show up authentically.
