VIRTUAL THERAPY IN PENNSYLVANIA
Therapy For First Responders
You’ve seen things no one should have to see.
You’ve been the calm in chaos.
You carry more than most people will ever understand. The one who shows up when others can’t. And somewhere along the way, the weight of what you carry started catching up.

Maybe it shows up as anger, numbness, insomnia, or the inability to truly “turn off.” You’re trained to push through, but the cost is beginning to feel too high.
You May Be...
Experiencing hypervigilance, flashbacks, or intrusive thoughts

Numbing with work, alcohol, or distraction

Struggling to connect with loved ones outside of the job

Feeling like you have to hide what you’re going through
In Therapy You'll Find
A confidential space with someone who gets it

A place to decompress and process without judgment

Tools to regulate your nervous system and manage triggers

A chance to reconnect to yourself and your life outside the uniform
You spend so much time helping others, it can feel unfamiliar, even uncomfortable, to focus on yourself. My role isn’t to fix you or analyze you. It’s to walk alongside you as we untangle the things you’ve had to push aside for too long.

I take a grounded, straightforward, and trauma-informed approach. That means we’ll go at your pace, without pressure or judgment. Whether you’re carrying the weight of a single critical incident or the buildup of years on the job, we’ll work together to create a space that feels safe enough to start unpacking it.

I integrate EMDR and other evidence-based trauma therapies to support nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and reconnection—to yourself, your values, and your life outside the uniform.
You show up for others every day. In therapy, you’ll have a space where someone shows up for you.
My
Approach
I understand the culture of first responders. You won’t need to walk on eggshells or censor what you’re going through. This is a space where you can speak freely, without judgment, without pressure, and without having to minimize your experience.
