Licensure Supervision

Supportive, Thoughtful Supervision to Help You Grow Into a Confident Clinician

Pursuing licensure is an important step in your professional journey. Quality supervision can make a significant difference in how confident, competent, and supported you feel during this process.

At Bloom Counseling and Consulting, clinical supervision is designed to provide a supportive and collaborative space where developing clinicians can strengthen their clinical skills, deepen case conceptualization, and grow into their own authentic therapeutic voice.

Supervision focuses on helping clinicians feel grounded and intentional in their work while navigating the complexities of real clinical practice.

Who supervision is for:

This supervision is a good fit for therapists who are:

  • Newly graduated or early in their clinical careers

  • Pursuing LCSW licensure in Pennsylvania

  • Beginning to work with clients and looking for guidance

  • Anxiety that feels unpredictable or overwhelming

  • Interested in trauma-informed and attachment-focused therapy

My Supervision Approach

My supervision style is supportive, collaborative, and reflective.

New therapists often benefit from having a place where they can slow down, think through their cases, and receive thoughtful feedback.

Supervision sessions may include:

  • Case consultation and treatment planning

  • Building confidence in clinical decision-making

  • Exploring client patterns through a trauma and attachment lens

  • Developing your own authentic therapeutic style

  • Support navigating challenging clinical situations

Areas of clinical focus

Given my clinical background, supervision often integrates:

  • Trauma-informed therapy

  • Attachment-based perspectives

  • Anxiety and relational patterns

  • Understanding core beliefs and emotional triggers

  • Strengthening case conceptualization
