Therapist (Independent Contractor) - Pennsylvania (remote)

Role Overview

We are seeking an independent-contractor therapist to join our growing practice. Evening availability is preferred, as these are our highest-demand appointment times.

What Bloom Counseling Provides:

Intake coordination and client matching
Billing and payment processing
HIPAA-compliant electronic health record (Sessions Health)
Flexible scheduling

Education Requirements:

Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related mental health field
Active Pennsylvania clinical license in good standing (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist)

Preferred but not required:

EMDR training
ERP training for OCD
Specialized trauma training

Required Qualifications

Fully licensed in Pennsylvania
Minimum of 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience preferred
Experience providing individual psychotherapy to adults
Ability to provide telehealth services independently
Strong clinical documentation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Comfortable working autonomously while remaining collaborative
Access to a private, confidential workspace and reliable internet connection

Compensation

Compensation is based on a fee-split model and varies depending on licensure, credentials, and areas of specialization.
